30 Reminders
To keep us aware, alert, awake, astute.
I wrote this a few weeks ago and shared it in a series of visually curated slides on my personal social media. They came through me in spurts, when it felt like the world was on fire and continuously blazing new ones. It’s a reminder for me for the most part, for the people who come to me for advice and support, and for everyone who could use some thought experiment prompts. May these notes provide clarity, ignite inquiry, and an anchor to our sovereign consciousness.
To all of humanity who want the truth.
To the oppressed, repressed & suppressed
To the voiceless and helpless.
To all who have been lied to and kept in the dark.
To the confused and aching, the crying and the questioning.
To the wild, primordial version of you yearning to come in the open.
To the quiet voice hiding in the shadows.
To the raging soul that can no longer be contained.
To all starting to remember their power.
To all who want to help others and themselves.
Here’s a reminder for you, for us, for them.
In time we shall all rise wiser, stronger, fiercer, kinder, and more loving to ourselves and one another.
30 Reminders
Your consciousness is utterly powerful. Protect it with all your might.
Wars, pandemics, and propaganda are used to try to control minds.
Personal sovereignty is the only armor against conflicts of any type, shape, or form.
The war in the micro (within you) and the war in the macro (across the world) can be alchemized, from devastation to divination.
Life’s a single-player game. Invest in your autonomy and build your holistic power. You’re the only one who can save you when you fall.
Deconstruct the very tech that ails you. When you understand, you can use it to your advantage.
Recognize the oneness of all beings: all humans, animals, plants, and lands. We are all the same living entities experiencing physical form.
Anchor on your truth while using digital tools to expand your circle of influence and field of control.
Take the side of humanity, truth, oneness, and love.
Question everything.
How to discern the truth? All that divides and evokes fear is not real, it’s not you and not yours to take.
Get the truth from people who have had skin in the game. People on the ground who live it and experience it first-hand.
Fake news, manufactured lies, and sinister stories are spread everywhere to keep you from knowing what’s real and what’s true.
Those that calm the nervous system, quiet the noise unite all, and promote love are essential.
Reconnect with your truth. Stay away from distractions. Remember your purpose. Remember we’re all one.
Close your eyes, be silent, let your thoughts pass. Watch without judgment. Let go of tension in your body. Breathe.
Help others by fortifying your own consciousness; feeling, thinking, and embodying love in your own life, thoughts, and actions.
See through the veil of illusion. Activate your vision when you close your eyes to meditate and see clearly.
Spread the healing medicine of truth, love, and white magic; not the poison of hate, gossip, and violence.
Use the power of the word in your thoughts and lips in the direction of truth, healing, and love.
Move your body - shake every nook and cranny of your physical container and release the heaviness that keeps you feeling stuck, afraid, and powerless.
Dream your vision then act towards material expression of the dream.
Life ebbs and flows, so we’ll be in darkness before we get into light and it just repeats.
Breakthroughs come from accepting each stage of life, and fully living it through all the phases.
Light seeps in when all turns dark. Be patient with yours.
The future is here. See your vision and build it into your current reality. You’re the only one your dreams are waiting for. You have all that’s needed to bring it out into the world.
You are the universe experiencing a human existence in all its glory. You have the same universal magic in your bones, and unlimited power flowing in your veins.
You are never alone. We’re in this together. We’re millions of truth speakers around the world.
We are one humanity, living with other diving beings on Earth. We are one, one love, one life.
